The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. I also appreciated the controlled gate for added security.

The location was a major downside. It was quite far from the main attractions and the infrequent buses made it difficult to explore the area.

The rooms at Residence Campo Rotondo were absolutely cozy and comfortable. They had everything we needed, including a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. The seating area with a TV was a great spot for our family to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.

Although the rooms were great, I personally found the lack of a bathtub to be a small downside. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others would still enjoy the showers provided.

The new furniture in the room was clean and nice, and the parking was big, which was a necessity for us. The bathroom was also great, with nice toiletries provided. The person of contact at the hotel was very nice and accommodating, even when we arrived later than expected. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I felt very safe with the security gates and the convenience of good parking. The location was ideal for a stopover, as it was very close to the city center of Como. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the free wifi and the fact that towels and bed linen were provided.
